Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

• FREE Standard Shipping on all Canada merchandise orders $100 and above.
• Please allow 5-8 business days for processing and shipping to receiving your order.

INTERNATIONAL

• FREE Standard International Shipping on all merchandise orders $100 and over.

Please note due to COVID-19 there may be some delays beyond our control with your delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at sales@royalbeautycanada.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3-7 business days for the tracking information to become available.
